Teams that stopped chasing status updates. Freelancers, agencies and product teams running delivery on one shared source of truth.

Atlas Labs

We used Nalaras to finally see one honest status across the whole project. Work our devs did in GitHub just showed up, and nobody had to re-type anything into a second tool.

We have the answers

Everything teams ask before they switch. Still stuck? Our team answers in a day.

General Alignment & routing Setup & integrations Security and privacy
What makes Nalaras different from another project tool?

It is a source of truth that fills itself. Work is auto-ingested from GitHub, Slack, Trello, Notion and Asana with the original wording kept verbatim, so nobody has to re-type anything into a second tool.

Does everyone on the project need an account?

No. Clients and external collaborators can be reached on the platform they already use — a comment on the linked GitHub issue or Trello card, a Slack DM, or email — and internal members get the full workspace.

Who is Nalaras for?

Freelancers juggling clients and developers, and agencies or multi-division teams where designers, devs, QA, PMs and clients need to stay aligned with a low learning curve.

Is Nalaras a DevOps tool?

No. Nalaras runs project operations — delivery, alignment and coordination. It does not manage CI/CD, deployments, infrastructure, monitoring or incident response.

What does the AI actually do?

It classifies incoming items by type and priority, answers questions with linked evidence, and can create, move and update tasks or draft a report. Titles and descriptions are never rewritten.

How does Nalaras decide what needs me?

Focus ranks your work by overdue, at risk, likely to slip, waiting on you, and decisions pending sign-off — each with a plain-English reason and a link back to its source.

What is “likely to slip”?

An open, due-soon task that is blocked, not started, or heavy with little runway. It is deterministic, costs no AI, and surfaces before the task is actually overdue.

Can I nudge one person?

Yes. From a task you can nudge an internal member on Slack or email, or an external collaborator on their own platform. Every channel carries an “I’m on it” acknowledgement link.

Do I have to open the app to stay current?

No. A daily or weekly digest delivers what needs you across all your projects by email, Slack, or both — and stays silent when nothing needs you.

Portrait
How long does connecting a tool take?

One click. Authorize, pick a repo, board, database or project from a dropdown, and the webhook registers itself — no IDs, tokens or manual webhook setup.

What happens to work that already exists?

Each connector can import what is already open — GitHub issues, Trello cards, Notion pages, Asana tasks — through the same verbatim pipeline, deduped by the item’s external id so it is safe to re-run.

Does sync go both ways?

GitHub and Trello are two-way for content. Edits, completion and reopen mirror out, and issue edits or close and reopen flow back, echo-guarded so changes never bounce between systems.

Can I keep my own vocabulary?

Yes. Projects can rename status, priority and type, and recolor types. It is display-only, so logic, analytics, integrations and the AI are unaffected.

Portrait
Where does our data live?

In a PostgreSQL database with per-project isolation enforced server-side, covered by authorization and workspace-isolation tests, plus a deny-by-default row-level-security layer behind the app.

Is content encrypted?

Task titles, descriptions and comment bodies are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest, and integration tokens are encrypted separately. Attachments are private and served through an authenticated proxy.

What can a client see?

Only the client portal: progress, what is waiting on them, decisions awaiting sign-off and client-visible discussion. Internal fields and connected repositories are never exposed.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Settings has a safety-gated erasure flow that deletes your auth record, profile and personal data, removes solo workspaces and anonymizes you in shared ones.
